We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and transparently, in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

By using this Platform, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described below.

1. What We Collect

Information you voluntarily provide when submitting an interest form or purchasing a Blueprint — including your name, email address, phone number, country, and relevant business details. Payment information is processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store raw card data. We also automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and time on site through standard web analytics tools.

2. Why We Collect It

To forward your interest form details to the relevant Partner when you express interest in an Opportunity; to process and fulfil Blueprint purchases; to operate and improve the Platform; to communicate with you about your inquiry or purchase; to comply with our legal obligations; and to detect and protect against fraud and misuse.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

For EU and UK users, we process your data under the following bases: performance of a contract (processing your purchase or inquiry); legitimate interests (operating the Platform and fraud prevention); consent (where specifically requested); and compliance with legal obligations. For all other users, use of this Platform constitutes consent to the data practices described in this Policy.

4. Who We Share It With

When you submit an interest form, your details are forwarded to the Partner associated with that Opportunity — that is the entire point of the form and you consent to this by submitting it. We also engage third-party service providers for payment processing, web analytics, and hosting, who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

5. How Long We Keep It

Interest form data is retained for up to 3 years. Purchase records are retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes. Data is deleted or anonymized once it is no longer needed.

6. International Data Transfers

Our Partners and service providers operate globally, so your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own — including countries that may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in your home jurisdiction. By using this Platform, you consent to such transfers. Where required by law (e.g., for EU users), we implement appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics and Platform functionality. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect how the Platform works for you.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data in certain circumstances; restrict or object to how we process your data; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

EU and UK users additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection supervisory authority.

9. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion of your data, and to opt out of the sale of personal information.
