Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using VentureNext ("Platform," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Platform in any way, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full. If you don't agree, stop using the Platform immediately.

About VentureNext

VentureNext is a marketplace platform that aggregates and presents business opportunity listings — including white label, private label, OEM, ODM, turnkey, and similar models — for entrepreneurs, founders, side hustlers, and business builders. We also sell proprietary digital products called Business Launch Blueprints.

We are a listing and information intermediary only. We do not manufacture, endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any products, services, suppliers, or business opportunities listed on the Platform. We do not facilitate or participate in any transaction between you and any third-party supplier or partner ("Partner"). Any business relationship you enter into with a Partner is strictly between you and them.

Our Listings

All listings on VentureNext are submitted directly by Partners through a listing submission form. We publish this information in good faith based solely on what Partners have provided to us. We do not independently verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of any listing.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• All listings are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer, recommendation, or endorsement by VentureNext.

• It is entirely your responsibility to conduct due diligence, verify all information, seek professional advice, and assess whether any opportunity is right for you before committing time, money, or resources.

• Any business results, revenue figures, or projections referenced in listings are provided by the Partner and are not verified or guaranteed by us.

• VentureNext is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from your reliance on any listing or information on the Platform.

Expression of Interest Forms

When you submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) form on the Platform, you are explicitly consenting to VentureNext forwarding your submitted personal information — including your name, email address, contact number, and any other details provided — directly to the relevant Partner associated with that listing.

You acknowledge that:

• VentureNext acts solely as a conduit and has no control over how a Partner uses, stores, or processes your data once it has been forwarded.

• You are consenting to being contacted directly by that Partner.

• VentureNext is not responsible for the Partner's communications, conduct, or privacy practices.

If you do not want your details forwarded to a Partner, do not submit an EOI form.

Business Launch Blueprints

Business Launch Blueprints are proprietary digital documents produced and sold exclusively by VentureNext. They provide roadmap-style guidance on business opportunities, suggested supplier categories, startup considerations, and related information. Blueprints are updated periodically at our discretion.

Blueprints are informational products only. They are not financial, legal, investment, or business advice. We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes, profitability, or suitability for your specific situation. All decisions made in reliance on a Blueprint are made at your sole risk.

No Refunds

All Blueprint sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been made.

Blueprints are digital products delivered electronically and made immediately accessible upon payment. Due to their instant-delivery, intangible, and non-returnable nature, no refund will be issued under any circumstances — including change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, accidental purchase, or failure to read these Terms before buying. By completing your purchase, you confirm you have read and accepted this no-refund policy.

Chargebacks initiated without valid legal grounds will be disputed and may result in legal action and/or permanent suspension from the Platform.

Intellectual Property & What You Cannot Do

All Blueprints are the exclusive intellectual property of VentureNext and are protected under the Malaysian Copyright Act 1987 and international copyright conventions including the Berne Convention, which covers over 180 countries worldwide.

When you purchase a Blueprint, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use it for your own private reference only. That's it. You do not receive any right to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit it.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing the Blueprint with any other person, whether for free or for payment

• Uploading it to any website, cloud storage, file-sharing platform, social media, messaging group, forum, or any other digital or physical medium

• Taking screenshots, photographs, or screen recordings of any part of the Blueprint and sharing or distributing them in any form or capacity

• Reproducing or paraphrasing substantial portions of it in any medium

• Using it for commercial purposes or as the basis for a competing product

VentureNext actively monitors for unauthorized distribution of its digital products. Any user found to have engaged in any of the above will be subject to immediate revocation of their license, civil legal action for copyright infringement and/or breach of contract — including claims for damages, loss of revenue, injunctive relief, and legal costs — and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities under the Malaysian Copyright Act 1987 or equivalent laws in your jurisdiction, which carry criminal penalties including fines and imprisonment.

Unauthorized sharing constitutes a direct and quantifiable commercial loss to VentureNext. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies at our sole discretion.

Third-Party Partners

VentureNext does not endorse or vouch for any Partner, their products, services, or business practices. Partners are independent third parties. Any dispute, agreement, or legal matter between you and a Partner is strictly between you two. We have no liability in connection with such matters. Conduct your own due diligence before engaging with any Partner.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VentureNext and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or financial loss — arising from your use of the Platform, any listing, any Partner interaction, or any Blueprint purchased. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or MYR 100, whichever is lower.

No Warranties

The Platform and all content and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any disputes arising from your use of the Platform or purchase of any product, regardless of where you are located.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
